At Gastronomía Bilbao, we are a quality wine bar with more than 400 references, and more than 50 by the glass. We avoid large commercial wineries, as we want to give prominence to boutique wineries that respect the vineyard as much as possible. We also have a strong focus on classics, single-vineyard wines, old-vine wines, organic wines, biodynamic, and natural wines.
The wine is served by qualified sommeliers who can advise and assist you at all times. The wines are served in high-quality Riedel glasses.

PRIVATE TASTING ROOM
We have a private room with a capacity for 22 people that can be used as a tasting room, private dining room, meeting room, and for our monthly tastings. We're also open to any tasting groups who want to come and uncork bottles.
