COOKING SCHOOL
The Gastronomía Bilbao cooking school is the go-to spot for culinary instruction, thanks to the our fully equipped kitchen located in our 300m2 venue in front of the Guggenheim museum in la Plaza de la Salve.
We run cooking classes in Bilbao from Wednesday to Sundays for up to 12 students per class. Nevertheless, the space can host up to 25 students at the same time for private cooking classes or show cooking events.
The way we designed the school is for our customers to feel like they are cooking at home. A rustic design kitchen equipped with the ultra fast Can Roca induction cooktops and the every-day utensils that every household has available (even the ones used for the Paella class).
Our cooking classes in Bilbao run every day as Immersive Cooking Experiences in the morning (3.5 hours) and as Cooking Workshops in the evening (2 hours). Please feel free to request any type of cooking class or dish not listed in the website.
The cooking classes are led by profesional chefs and paired with top local wines coming directly from our very well curated cellar and wine shop. After the meal is prepared, it will be enjoyed seating down in our beautiful txoko.
